Heartbreaking to watch most of the women’s final yesterday with Aga nowhere near 100% due to her left knee injury. And the post match speech was rough. Hopefully she is back to 100% soon, likely needs to take some time off to let her knee heal – they were saying it was tendonitis on the broadcast? Only cure for tendonitis as far as I know is rest – so she should certainly be out for Sony.
Penetta deserves our congratultions too though, to go from almost retiring last year at BNP to winning the title this year is crazy.
Fed – Novak was a great match, Novak just seemed to play just a tad better at the key points, and especially in the tiebreak. Awesome seeing Fed push it to a tiebreak though, crowd was going wild. Love watching BNP.
