Fernando says with respect, White Fang Murray is overrated and does not belong in the same breath as the old Maestro, Djoker and The Bull. Fang cannot beat Rafa on any surface and will lose to Djoker 9 out of 10 times. The Old Maestro beats Fang too in Grand Slam events.

Matches against Fang were always on the racquet of the old Maestro and will always be on the racquet of Rafa and Djoker. Fang is just not as aggressive and his second serve too vulnerable. Tinman Berdych, when playing at his best can take down Fang as well. Let’s see Fang win a GS with Djoker and Rafa both in the draw. Won’t happen.

You know what I love about this clip? The way the security guy right behind Ross Hutchins starts crying the minute Andy does. He’s obviously tearing up and at the very end too. Or maybe he isn’t a security guy but another close friend. Anyway, it’s very emotional. Wish I could have seen the exho.

Wonderful and moving interview. He’s getting better at them. More refreshing that Fernando’s tired old schtick.
