Thanks for giving a shoutout to my man Lu! He goes by Rendy. Quarter finalist here a few years ago. Beat Andy Murray at the Olympics. That will be the match to watch for me!

Bold picks guys!…lol kidding.
Yeah interesting bottom half of the draw on both tours.
I think Azarenka could win her first Wimledon here, she’s under the radar and is actually quite a good grass court player, her serve will be the main thing. Serena needs to be taken out early for her to win though. Would be nice to see someone challenge Williams for the title. I’ll go with Azarenka.
For the mens, much trickier as could be a major slugfest on the bottom of the draw. Too hard to pick right now, have a feeling Fedal winner will go on and take it all. Who that will be remains to be seen. Heart tells me Federer, the head says Rafa.
All in all, hope it will be a fun two weeks for us all. Keep up the blogging guys!
I think you guys may have overlooked Shvedova who is in that Kvitova section. I know she hasn’t done much of anything this year but she played very well last year to almost beat Serena. I have her making it to the Quarters. As for other wonky picks, I have Bouchard beating Ivanovic in the 2nd round because she has to break through sometime. She played well in the second set against Sharapova in Paris. I also have Hampton making the Quarters as well as Hantuchova. Daniela actually beat Li Na last year at the Olympics so she could do it again. Oh and I have BMS in the Quarters as well.
Williams vs. BMS
Radwanska vs. Hantuchova
Hampton vs. Sharapova
Shvedova vs. Azarenka
With the top 4 making it through to the semis
I’m re-listening to your podcast during Middle Sunday and am currently laughing at your analysis of the draw’s bottom halves, especially about how Federer and Nadal will *obviously* encounter no early-round troubles. Oh, how little we knew back then…
